Home plug powerline
Hi
Haven't really got much knowledge on the above. But I am in need of it due to the wireless on my sky router not being able to stream hd content to my wd live box
Can anyone recommend a good set of plugs to buy
I'm looking at 500 or even 1000 If poss
The router is upstairs so from the research I've done I know I won't get full sack speed due to different rings, is there anyway to improve this

I've used these people in the past and been very satisfied with the wide range they offer 500mbps+ Homeplug range
Streaming HD doesn't require massive bandwidth and the speeds quoted for the equipment relates to the speed at which the units talk to each other rather than the bandwidth they are streaming. They, like WiFi, have a significant overhead for encrypt/decrypt and will never be as fast as LAN cable.
