Some companies use IP filters etc
It maybe that they have implemented that any unknown IP ranges are blocked.
Until they are aware that Sky use the IP range 2.x.x.x.x.x.x etc it will probably be the same result. If they are using IP ranges, then theoretically all they they need to do, is to allow Sky's IP ranges etc~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

It does indeed look to be a Sky IP address issue. Currently on a 2.xxx.xxx.xxx Sky IP here and I also cannot access it. Just tried on my iPad too. Wont load on WiFi but does work on 3G (T-Mobile).

We had the same issue with our Speedtester, until the Hosts updated their IP range filter, then members / guests got the error message that their ISP was unknown.
I would email them, and ask them if there is a particular reason as to why you cannot view their website using IP address (insert yours)

You will need to use the thingy that Isitme suggested to view it obviously.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~
