Strange increase in speed sync

I noticed a speed increase recently as well
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 21194 kbps 992 kbps
Line Attenuation 20 db 9 db
Noise Margin 3 db 8 db

Testing on your broadband connection began on 26/07/2012 and will be completed within 10 days.
Hope it stays this way

You seem to be on an easynet dslam
I didnt think they had updated the dlm for non sky gear
Is your downstream margin 3db all day or does it vary from 6-3

can you check if your first hop after your router is *.easynet.net like below

checked at 9:00 pm and still on 3 db down Sunday it was10 db but doesnt normally vary
up has always been 8 db since Sky first manually adjusted my line

Keep your fingers crossed you are not moved to SVBN any time soon or your speed will come down to 20 Mb, although your upload would probably go up

Sky broadband without line rental/TV so shouldn't be any chance of that

Doesnt matter anyway you can phone them
and explain you have a wired alarm
and that you opted out a few years ago
they tried moving me about six months ago

Quick update:Line connection testing completed on 02/08/2012, resulting in the following settings:

Download speed setting
Your connection has been set to a download speed of up to 22.0Mbps .

Upload speed setting
Your connection has been set to an upload speed of up to 1.3Mbps .

Stats still the same as before

You wont get anymore upstream due to an unmatched chipset a billion 7402x or 7402nx would give you more around 1143-1160 i would say
you wont get anymore downstream due to no spare margin
