download speed drop by 350kbs
since my line drop yesterday afternoon. my download speed have drop from around 500kbs to around 110kbs. and i am not sure why any ideas. my exchange is moorhill

You need to call Sky and ask them to reconfigure your line as a fault which has been fixed has left the speed low. If they offer to put it on DLM ask them if they can do it manually as DLM is just a fob off for 10 days.

thanks for the info. but i just restarted it and i am getting my old speed again. but will keep an eye on it and see it it drops again

Sorry I thought you would have tried a restart, always do that first if your speed drops. The speed should go back up itself after a drop, but it seldom does, usually takes a reboot. Glad your fixed, you should have around 8Mb now.
