Broadband speeds and buffering

Hi guys can anyone help im using the f@st 2504N router and am having serious problems My downstream is 19.014 Mbps and my upstream is 1.164 Mbps, so here is what is happening webpages are taking ages to load and open up, download speeds are way of on the tests i do and ATV2 wired buffering all the time, everything has been fine up untill a couple of weeks ago, Spoke to sky and they was very helpful they did a line test and everything came back ok, My exchange is fine and they even said im getting great speeds, tried resetting the router twice and still the same. Sky said that there is no problems and everything looks fine. Below are my stats and my speedtest result

Have just done another speedtest this time with sky @01:42am and this was the result Download Speed 0.320 Mb/s and Upload Speed 0.089 Mb/s Here are my stats for that time

A tracert doesn't shown your WAN IP Address. I shows an IP Address for the kit in your local exchange. Anything after that will be the same for thousands of other Sky broadband users.

@ Shonk this is what is weird as I am having the same problems as original post and speed test are still very low, there is nothing running on wifi as made sure everything is off e.g mates laptop, mobile phones wifi printers wifi atv2 wired and wifi etc etc all disconected, yet nothing makes a difference I have reset the router and still same problems, I am confused with this one
