Ask them if you could change from Connect to Unlimited.

Yes, I get TV, telephone and broadband from them - my monthly bill is just over £50 plus call charges

Give them a ring and save some money and get a better connection. The only possible problem is that there maybe no ports left at the exchange or the exchange is not LLU 'ed

If you are in Saint Asaph it is enabled by Sky, so if they say you can't get Unlimited tell them you are think of moving to TalkTalk, that my encourage them to do something. If they still say you can't get it, get in touch with TalkTalk and ask them what speed they can give you.
