Ive just searched on google "Facebook loading low sky broadband", and this thread popped up

Glad im not the only one facing problems.

Im in southport but connected to the Haweside Street exchange.

This site loaded fine.... facebook, amazon and others sometimes work.
Itunes on the ipad & 2 iphones wont load at the moment.

It looks like they are having problems at my exchange

This was doing a tracert to google.co.uk
The same result to facebook.com

So how do i get Sky to acknowledge a problem? All i got yesterday was to phone Sony to fix my PS3???

I would be tempted to call again.

Ask to speak with someone who is prepared to acknowledge the network issues in the North West of the UK. Alternatively, as User05 suggested, post on the official Sky forum: Sky Help Forum - Sky Broadband - Help & Support from the Official Sky Forum

Have your tried rebooting your router this morning as the issue in the North West has now been resolved but you will need to reboot the router to get it to work again.

I knew it had been resolved by reading other forums so I re-connected my Sky router and its working again.

Sky couldn't even be bothered to post a service status notice about this issue but TBH I'd wouldn't except anything else from Sky.
