When I spoke to Sky on Friday, they could not ascertain where problem was so are sending a new router. But reading your problem it seems to be exchange related. I'm on Sky Talk freetime, not Sky line rental. Is the phone call still free?

Are you getting solid amber light on your Sky router?

My Sky router was connecting OK with a solid green light (eventually, seemed to take longer to sync with exchange than normal) but throughput was <2Mb down. It was showing the correct sync speed (22000 down and 1100 up). Tried it again today, whilst the throughout had increased slightly to ~2Mb from <1Mb yesterday & Friday, still not my usual 18Mb down I get!!
Upload speeds and pings all look normal.

Just checked my router logs and no disconnects here, although had a few instances when I remain connected, but through-put just stops completely (happened last night around 21:30 for about 15 minutes).
