Activating broadband early?
Hello guys, I have just moved home and have gotten my F@ST2504n in the post today but my broadband doesn't get activated until the 10th of this month.
Is it possible to ring up Sky to get the broadband activated earlier? If not then its not a problem, it would just mean that I can stop using my phone as an internet connection (can't survive without it).

i believe you have to wait due to they need to do something on the engineer need on there server for u to connect donno can give it a try i've just waited before heck i had my fibre router 11 days early setting there staring at it for 11 days -.-;

It is worth noting that your line may be live already or could go live on Monday.
Plug in your router and see what you get.
Certainly in the past BTO used to connect the Broadband Services a couple of days early if they had a chance and then do the final line testing on the activation date.

I'm waiting patiently for my Sky Broadband to become active too LOL. 10 days to go
