Filter advice needed
I think my filter is starting to die when the phone rings etc sometimes my dsl is starting to drop. its been fine for years but i think age has caught up with it.
I did have spare filters supplied by sky cause i only use one but i gave them to a friend.
If i phone sky do you think ill be able to get them to send me some filters for free. If not can anyone recommend a safe online shop i can order some decent ones from?
Thanks for any advice.

Re: Filter advice needed
Alternatively, provided that you have an NTE5 master socket, consider a filtered faceplate. If you are looking to get FTTC (SBUF) soon, then the vDSL faceplate is provided FOC when you order, but it available on run-IT-direct's site.

Re: Filter advice needed
Try a new filter first but this may not be anything to do with the filter! Line drops when the phone rings can be indication of a line fault. Maybe a good time to upgrade to the new VDSL faceplate which customers have reported as an improvment over the old versions as far as connection speed is concerned.
