Help Needed
Hi.
Up until last Friday we was getting a constant speed of 5Mbps, but it has now dropped to just 2.5Mps and once or twice a day it comes to a complete halt and the only way to get it up and running again is with a couple of router reboots.
BT are currently getting our area ready for fibre (due to be ready here by 31st March) so not sure if that could be the cause of it.
Either way, any suggestions on what the cause could be or any ways of curing it would me very much appreciated.

Many other members have complained that they have lost their connections briefly or had their speeds reduced when BTO has been installing Fibre locally.
I would be inclined to call Sky and ask someone to see if they can increase your connection speed back to where it was. You may need to make two or three calls to find someone who has access to the systems which can do this for you. Don't let them restart you on DLM as there is no requirement for this.
