can anyone tell me why when streaming flims from lovefilm it constantly buffers i have done a speed test and its about 9mg which from reading what people say is quite good any help would be appreicated

If you have nothing else using the connection, 9 Mb should be more than enough. Check that no one else it downloading at the same time and check that there are no rogue devices usung your connection. Try turning off the wireless, even if no one is using it, it is consuming resources.
Try opening a Command Prompt and typing netstat -b. This will show you everything that is connected to the internet through your PC. In Win7/Vista you will have to Run as Administrator.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.
