End of contract Query.
Hi,
I was wondering what happens when you reach the end of the Sky BB and phone contract? is it auto renewed for another 12 months or does it become a rolling monthly contract?
I'm not planning to go anywhere, I'm happy where I am, was just wondering. Thanks

Re: End of contract Query.
afaik it just continues, without any commitment, but I am not 100% sure on the telephony side of things.
BB and TV is normally just a continuation, or it has been for me.
PS - You still have to give 30 days notice though.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Do keep an eye on your bills though.
Should BB rise to £10 a month and you wish to continue using it for another 12 months, give Sky a call and the can reduce it back down to £7.50 per month (provided that you have phone & TV with Sky too).
PlusNet Fibre since Jan 2021
Previously Sky Fibre & Sky BB since 2010.

Re: End of contract Query.
I don't have TV, just the line rental, call package and BB. So the BB is a monthly continuation but what about the line rental? 12 months or monthly thereafter?

Once you have past the initial 12 months, it is a rolling month contract. If you ever decide to cancel all you do is give 31 days notice..... Regardless of what product you're cancelling.

Re: End of contract Query.
Thanks guys, rolling month sounds good to me, not that I've any plans like I said, The only thing that might tempt me to move, even to another Sky product, would be Fibre. But that's never going to happen where I live, well, not within the foreseeable future anyway
