Re: SKY fixing "problematic" exchanges
You will find that NewsreadeR and SatDish have set up a RSS feed that picks things like this up automatically.
For Broadband issues: Sky Broadband Service Status
Sky Talk issues end up in: Sky Talk
There are also feeds for Sky TV issues too.
P.S. Often they appear on this site before they appear on the Sky website. Also since once the post is made it is not deleted, members can look to see any historical trends.

Re: SKY fixing "problematic" exchanges
I hope Sky sort things out for those suffering with latency issues, but in all fairness, I bet even Sky are amazed at how many people they have signed up thus far.
I know for definite, adding additional backhaul is a priority. It doesn't help those that are suffering, but it does show that Sky are serious about being one of the (if not the) best ISPs out there.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

This is one huge advantage to SkyUser have the RSS feeds.
If someone asks just how reliable Sky is, it can be seen in the forum's archives. The volume of posts IMHO shows a good trend. It also shows that whoever makes the posts never checks their spelling & grammar judging by the number of typos in them.
