      do I have latest firmware installed?
      can I use name & password extractor on this routers firmware?

      There are currently two versions of the firmware for your router. The first is for an ADSL connection. The second for those who have SBUF.

      The version you have is the current version for an ADSL connection.

      As for getting the log in details, please visit this site: Sky router password generator

      Use the option for the older Sagem 2504. Copy and paste the details from the router to a notepad file, then to the generator, then copy & paste the results to the notepad file. So many people make simple typos, it just makes it easier. Also remember to use the LAN MAC Address.
