Sky Router Stats low line Attenuation but Low Down load speed.
Hi
Joined sky over december, but i was told that my speed would be between 8000kpbs and 12000kpbs. but down load speed is still low have it been reset by sky , after 3 visit by bt engineers confirmig ther is no fault on line. The highest it has been 7000kpbs then one of the cs person said that it was set to high and he has set it low which he think should be better well i don't think so as it has a direct connection to the master socket. Any help would be helpfull. Haveing checked the potential connection speed for 32db is 16000kps. Thanks.

Do you mean the Test socket, there is a difference. Click Red link below.as it has a direct connection to the master socket.

Yes it is the Test Socket with the front plate removed.
