since the playstation 3 firmware update version 4.10, released 8/2/12, the 'sign in' button on sky.com pages doesn't work. this is a known problem at sky & has affected other browsers such as firefox in the past. the way round it for now is simple. just enter your username & password as usual. then go back into the password field. now delete & re-enter the last character of your password. you'll notice the 'sign in' button turns blue & will now work.

this issue appears to have been fixed now. ps3's had another firmware update 16/2/12, so it may be down to that, or maybe sky fixed it for everyone.
