Activation time after phoneline install?
Small question please peeps
I've just setup a switch from VM, which by necessity includes a phoneline install.
Install is scheduled for the 21st Feb, so I'm wondering how soon after that the internet will be up and running, and I can thus cancel VM?

Just in case you have a issue with your connection going live, the sensible side of me would suggest cancelling once your new connection has gone live. Very occasionally something can go wrong, but generally things go well.
In the mean time make sure that your Virgin account is up to date.

I'm just wondering if I can give VM notice to cancel at the end of the month, as I'm presuming they'll require 30 days notice, or whether the internet and line are separate dates.

You will have to check with VM what there terms are for cancelling.
In most cases things go fine, so you should be alright.
