This is the original thread from last year starting on page 3 where I started posting my issues - just been reading it again for 'nostalgia' - had to stop was starting to go faint!

IMHO some of Sky's technical support need to learn to read. I did have to chuckle to myself on that one too.
@jayhab: At this stage the cause of the fault is not known. Since Sky upgraded all their Backhauls to 100GB networks, I believe that it would be unlikely that the issue is the same as before.
If I were in a position to check things out, I would be looking first at whether the particular backhaul lines have been upgraded, then I would look at the servers and ensure that they are coping with the traffic.
It is perhaps better to start a new thread for these reasons, rather than resurrect the old threads (there were several).
