I've always had a bad internet connection off Sky and just recently it's gotten even worse. A few weeks ago the maximum I was downloading at was around 400kB/s and now it's gone to about 90kB/s. I can't play online on xbox because it's so bad and it's really starting to frustrate me. Sky's customer service are also complete ********.
I don't know where to start so please tell me what information I need to provide you with and I will. Here's what I have for you already:
This information is not in the master socket/test socket but if you need that information I can get that done for you.

Re: Dreadful connection.
As things are you are not going to get much more. Please plug into the Test socket, using only the ADSL cable supplied by Sky, and post your stats.
