Re: Here to help
Yes I am on a virgin connection Virgin 100MB with 5-8ms Latency and 0-2ms Jitter. TBH I think Sky is a removedwhen it comes to broadband. Specially when a lot of their tech support are based in India (Them B5 & B6 guys) and cause horrendous problems for customer on top of the ones they already have.
YES I am on virgin and YES I work for sky. I have access to tools such as penfold, swish, lama IRIS, Chordiant ETC.
I am based in Northern Ireland. All I wanted to do was help but if this is how I will be treated then thanks a lot for the welcome all.Last edited by reddwarfcrew; 17-12-11 at 02:40 AM. Reason: inappropriate language removed

Re: Here to help
Your a lier, how can you work for sky and diss them and use language like that? No need for that kind of language. What kind of tools are they? Never heard of them in my life. So get gone we dont want you on this website talking your trash. I got 9ms to sky's DNS, well done 5ms to virgins DNS, i get 4ms to Virgins DNS, not always, but sometimes.

Re: Here to help
I've worked nearly four years at Sky. T1, CST, gate-keeping, floor support, handling escalated calls and more.
No harm meant, but I've had quite a bit of training in my time working at Sky and I feel slightly insulted that you come on this forum stating you're the highest point of escalation. You're not.
