Port 445 SMB
Hi all,
I have been trying to get port 445 open so i can use filebrowser with the ipad to acces my nas at home.
I can access it from home but when at work or out i cant access it. i have adde the service on the router and then set it in the firewall to be open i have set an outgoing one aswell as that might be some reason it doesnt work. i have done port scan and it keeps coming back with the port isn't responding i have tried connecting form work and keep getting errors.
I followed the guide given on here about how to do it.

I am seeing the same problem with same software - if Port 445 is set open in the f\w, it does no actually open.
Think it is a Sky router issue so have emailed tech support

So, I guess that means 445 is closed.
