sky is a joke
got my sky and phone line in in september, got my september bill i thoought this is abit high checked the itemised call charges about 10 were mine the rest weren't and i was getting charged for calls from august! phoned sky they done a cross line check came back wasn't a crossed line, so they send me to someone else, they say yeh we will phone ya back in 5 days! no phone call back and since then SEPTEMBER i have been ringing 3 times a week and they say some department they can only get in touch with thru email is sorting it out! i am still paying my bill and the phone calls that somebody else is making is still happening!! there are even times when the calls cross! so i just got off the phone after being put on hold for 45 mins and they stil havent heard back from this 'team' and have offered me 10% off my calls! what a joke i hardly use the phone so ya giving who ever it is who i am paying for 10% off!! has anyone heard or had the same problem???

When you say the calls cross, do you mean you're overhearing others?

no i mean i'm on the phone same time as the other person as i seen in the itemised billing i.e im on phone at 7.00 for 5 mins tey are on the phone at 7.02 for 30 mins

What is the number of the calsl you did not make? Try calling one and ask who they were speaking to at that particular time.
You are not in a block of flats are you? There was a case some time back where someone was in your position. It trannspired that the actial master socket was in a communal cupboard and illegal calls were being made from there. Someone had just plugged a phone in and was merrily dialling premium numbers at the users expense. I am not sure how it ended, but the Police were called in.

nope not in a flat, there are about 30/40 calls a DAY that arent mine!

Try sending an email to the Executive Customer relations team through jeremy .darroch at bskyb.com Lay out your grievance in full.

My mum and had something similar ages ago and it turns out it was their sky box going online through the phone line to download software updates, this was a few years back so not sure if Sky boxes still do that, or even if you have a Sky box.
