just spoke to sky again, they are under the impression that my bb is down, they can not see me on there systems and refuse to belive my bb connection is active, what the hell, they also said ny router last connected and has been syncing at 4mb?? strage as its constantly syncin at 7mb.

I think you have been fobbed of by the one that said it was switched off ready to move. One of your wires is disconnected which allows broadband to work but not the phone. I don't think this has anything to do with your line being switched, but no doubt you will find out tomorrow.

it will have to be fixed, no way on this earth im having a 4mb sync, no way im having a 7mb sync either, they will have to find the source of the noise on the line.

It looks to me like DLM training has restarted, but there does not seem to be a lot of room for improvement. The stats are worse now than before the line was 'fixed'

im phoning them in a min, i want dlm training stopped, its already been running for 13 days, not having it run another 10, hitting christmas then having to wait for holidays to end before they start looking into the problem.

looks like the upload rate can be fully uncapped, im looking for a 12mb sync on the download, so its time to get the ball rolling.

To be honest as your stats are now you do not have a snowballs, you will be lucky to get half that

isitme, do they only lift and shift the phone line, or can they also lift and shift the bb?

the phone noise problem was easy to find as it was coming from the exchange.

its possible there is a fault on the wire to the pole im thinking, they will have to send open reach out to check all possible faults on the bb, as open reach have not as yet checked anything apart from the exchange.
