Whilst it may now be Saturday morning, I would be tempted to call again as waiting up to 80 hours (i.e. 3 days & another 8 hours) is not acceptable.
Be nice on the phone and hopefully you will get someone to look at the issue sooner.

If there is a fault on the line, it needs logged to Openreach. Call back and confirm the fault has been logged. If so, 48 hours resolution is the typical time.

Update on this
an engineer came round and went up the phone pole and fitted a new socket in the house, he said the fault was outside
but now its working
took them a week to sort out
but they did come out on a sunday witch is not bad

i wonder if sky can can increase my speed now a new box has been fitted

I would not risk them making a mess of it. 11Mb is quite a good speed for your attenuation and the low noise margin shows you are getting as much as the line is capable of.
