Hi to you all, new member and been looking at your available speeds.I am bit /lot peeved about mine, its so slow so went on one of the speed dials and it read, download 4824kb and upload 811 kb. Sometimes up comes the window "no Internet available".

Could you post all your router's stats please, with the connection times as well?
How to get your router statistics
Next could you see if you can connect the router to your Test Socket with just the microfilter and short grey ADSL lead supplied with the router by Sky? When you have done this, take the stats again and post these so that we can compare the figures.
Whilst using the test socket, could you please check that all your extensions (if you have any) are dead.
Finally, using a corded telephone, could you plug just the telephone into the Test Socket, dial '1' and listen carefully for any noise. Ideally it should be silent, with perhaps a faint hiss. There should be no crackling or large hissing noise.
