Phoned customer services and spoke to a guy called Keiran who admitted he didn't know what to do, but went away and obviously found someone who did.

Those look good. Upstream has a little room for improvement, but this could be down to the option chosen.

The bad news is that he turned dlm on, but looking at the stat's I hope there won't be a problem

Other than a little potential increase in the upload speed, there is nothing wrong with those figures. DLM is likely to reduce them. If it does, call again and ask someone to manually change them again.

Did he specifically say he was starting DLM training again? If not, there is nothing to worry about, DLM runs permanently on all lines after the initial training or manual reset. It is run to help keep the line stable and will not kick in unless there is a problem with your line.

Your figures are very good, I would not risk calling again, you upload is probably set to 1216 and will increase if the line permits it. Doing a Oliver could result in your connection being wrecked if the wrong one gets his/her fingers on it

In hindsight he just said not to switch the modem off for 10 days, so I infered that he was starting DLM.
