Those look good. Upstream has a little room for improvement, but this could be down to the option chosen.
What a plonker!
Other than a little potential increase in the upload speed, there is nothing wrong with those figures. DLM is likely to reduce them. If it does, call again and ask someone to manually change them again.

The bad news is that he turned dlm on, but looking at the stat's I hope there won't be a problem
Your figures are very good, I would not risk calling again, you upload is probably set to 1216 and will increase if the line permits it. Doing a Oliver could result in your connection being wrecked if the wrong one gets his/her fingers on it

In hindsight he just said not to switch the modem off for 10 days, so I infered that he was starting DLM.
LOL no intentions of phoning again, a happy bunny if the speeds stay like they are.

Noise Margin 6.4 db 14.0 db
What's going on with the upstream attenuation?
