Upgrading to unlimited
I have a problem , me and the person i live with , decided to install , he wanted the tv and i wanted the internet.
I told him i was going to take care of it , but he decided to make the contract when he saw a sky representative on the streets(i wasn't with him )and his English isn't that good , long story short he installed the everyday lite broadband instead of the unlimited one.
He told me he had installed the unlimited , i trusted him , and used the internet thinking i had unlimited , the problem is i already went over the limit of 2gb after i found out he put the wrong package.
Will i have any problem's because of that or will sky do the upgrade automatically to unlimited because of going over the limit?

Re: Upgrading to unlimited
If you go over the limit too many times, Sky generally automatically upgrades your package from the Home Lite to Unlimited. Subsequent bills will reflect the increased subscriptions.
Do double check that it is the Unlimited package that you have though. Sky Broadband Connect is supplied where Sky's LLU equipment is not available in your local telephone exchange or is full.

Re: Upgrading to unlimited
You are on ADSL2+, which is what you will get from either Sky BB Home Lite or Unlimited.

Re: Upgrading to unlimited
It looks like you may still be on DLM, please use the link Scubbie posted and post your stats.
There is nothing to worry about really, if you go over the 2 Gb(which is not a lot nowadays) twice in a 6 month period you will be automatically upgraded to Unlimited.
