What Next???

I had my sky bb cancelled on the 5th prior to activation, when i ordered on the 4th i was given the activation date of the 12th. Can anyone tell me why my line now has a tag on it saying i have an active bb line with sky despite me cancelling before the activation. How long am i likely to wait until this is off my line.
is there anything else i can do.
According to another isp there have been no requests from sky to cancel the line (as it would show) even though my account has been cancelled on the sky system.
