Unable to log onto sky.com
Hi, I'm in Cardiff and can get onto sky.com but every time i try to sign into my email it won't bring up the necessary screen- any ideas?

Are you entering you full email address or the User ID?
You only need enter the ID.

I've been having problems signing into Sky.com / MySky. Only just managed to get it - it kept timing out before that.

I still cannot get on to the email page ,been like it all afternoon for me. Sky home page is ok,just emails .

Just spoken to Sky on the phone,they tell me they are having problems with the site, and do not know when it will be back .

They are having problems but for me atleast they have been fixed. I couldn't use the recording app on my phone earlier as it was coming up as "invalid username" or something but is working now. I can also get logged into email now as well.
