If nowt else it connected the fastest it ever has done at over 6300kbps but a week without it for a couple of hundred kbps wasn't worth it

Seriously though, glad to see you back on-line. Do put that claim in though since you've paid for a service that wasn't available for a lengthy period. The result has not only inconvenienced you, but also put you out of pocket.
Hopefully the jump in your connection speed is down to the BTO Engineers putting in new cable.

Sky rung today to see if everything was ok, i said yes thanks and the chap said good stuff now email us for a loss of service credit
