Any chance to imrove my connection

is there any way i could improve my connection. im getting roughly 10-13mb dl 0.65mb ul . ping 69 . i called sky over 7 times. they made my speed faster , put me on gaming profile , etc. but now i cant take it anymore. i decided to cancle sky. it will be cancled by the 7th next month. but sky will call me back , so i still got a chance to stay. i could get up to 100mb from virgin , bt infinity isnt available yet in my area but my estimate speed is 15 mb for bt total broadband , and the upload speed will be usefull for me. is there any thing i can do to imrove my line, speed , connection. the only problem i had was that when i first got sky bb almost 1 yr ago when my bb was getting activated on dlm i think, i put bb on a socket which no longer was working. them bt sockect or what ever its called, it had no signal , i think on the last day i put it on the socket which worked. is tere anything i can do . sorry that this message is long, but i need a soloution before i choose to leave. thank you

I doubt if you would get more than you have with any ADSL provider. Nearly 15Mb with an attenuation of 28.5db is really quite good. If you want more, Cable is your only option.
