please help dropping connection
please help me iv had sky broadband for about 5 months now and from day one its never worked the connection is dropping all the time and sky are not helping,they are ment to be moving me to a faster server, but to day in connection seems to be nothing but a joke. i have all 3 lights on but the light for the internet will go off for a few secs and ill have no light at all then it will come back on solid orange then start flashing green again.
if got a screen print of my router stats if these helps.
if anyone can please help me
its dropped 3 times the time its taken me to write this out

Sorry you are having issues. I can understand how frustrating this must be for you.
Could you please go through the Sky Help Centres troubleshooting steps to rule out any issues that could be causing this problem, most issues can be down to a faulty micro filter or the actual broadband set up.
If you have tried all of these options and it has not resolved the problem please contact Sky directly to look into this further for you.

If you do manage to fix any errors by following Sky's fault finding, it would be by luck.
I mentioned on this forum several months ago that there were some significant errors. They have still not been addressed.

The fact that your are on Sky Connect, probably the worst broadband package available in the UK, complicates things. Call Sky and insist that you are passed to someone who knows how to handle problems with the Connect package. There is a a good chance your router is causing the problem as your stats look OK, see if they will send you another..
