However, the exchange MUST be down again as neither me or my brother in law have a connection (orange @ light on a sagem f@st)

Nothing on the SKY service status centre yet the lines have been down since 11:45pm (its now 1:20am)

I'm currently online using my mobile phone.

EDIT: As I post, the sky connection becomes active again, lol typical, However, I've noticed that my down speed is now 4253 - instead of 36xx as it was before, while this is a slight improvement, the dial in problem still exists

Once again will provide more insight if they do call back tomorrow (evening of 31/8/11)
