Look at the WAN up time in the morning. You should see that it has reconnected at the better speed around 2-3am.
Post your stats again when completed as it may require a little more tweaking. However 17Mb is a good estimate for the connection speed. If you perform a speed test, it will probably show around 14MB.

Re: Sky Connection
Looking at you WAN uptime, your router wasn't reset last night.
It is possible that the training period has completed. The My Sky page on the Sky website takes around 3 days to update.
I would be tempted to give Sky a call either tonight or tomorrow and ask someone to manually configure your line. Provided that their screen is up to date, then there should be no problem.

Re: Sky Connection
Hey guys, gues what speed i'm getting now eh!
I spoke to someone in CST yesterday and weirdly they said they were setting the speed at 16mb but for some reason it wasn't getting to me, and I was still recieving 7.5mb. So they said they would send out a broadband engineer on Friday.
Checked this morning and there was a voicemail saying they don't know the set up at home so they wanted to confirm, (odd because i've told them the set up like 100 times already!) Phoned back and while I was doing that checked the stats and saw that it was increased to 16mb
So thats my problem solved after nearly a month, thanks for everyone who has helped me, you guys have given me fantastic advice especially Scubbie and Isitme.
HEre are my stats if anyones interested:

Re: Sky Connection
With your Noise Margin at 8.9dB I'd think there's still scope for more. 17meg should be possible but if 16meg proves to be nice & stable then why worry.
