Sky router config

Do Sky not enable their router configs to be viewed or modified? I'm trying to enter the username and password to view the config online but it won't let me.

You mean you are trying to access the web interface of the router? If yes, then press and hold the reset button on the router. This will reset the username and password to admin and sky respectively.

Will that override the SSID and Network Key or are they different? Will it affect Sky Broadband?

It will revert the SSID and network key to default. Unless you or somebody else changed them they should be set to default already. There is a label on the side of the router which tells you what the default network key and SSID are.

Yes - I have the SSID and network key but these are not admin and password - they have been set by Sky as specific to this router.

Sorry - just realised that username and password are different from SSID and network key.

Let me be more clear.

Access the router config page at 192.168.0.1

username is admin
password is sky

If these don't work then reset your router using the hardware button.
