Re: Router reboots
How is your router connected to your telephone line & what, if any, extensions do you have?

Re: Router reboots
Hi Scubbie,my router is connected to master socked with filterplate attached, i only have 2 extensions running of that with house phone connected to one of them, this has only happened whilst d/loading today through utorrent.

Re: Router reboots
Strange.
Is there any noise on the telephone (please use a corded telephone in the master socket, dial '1' and listen carefully)?
If all is clear, reboot your router and look at your connection stats again.
If it is still low, give Sky a call to see if they can reconfigure your line. You may need to make two or three calls in order to get someone who can actually do this. Post your stats after so that we can see whether they have done a good job as not all get it right.
If there is any noise on your line, recheck it with the router disconnected. If it is still there, then you have a line fault. Call whomever you pay your line rental to so that it can be repaired.
If the noise stops when the router is unplugged, then the filtered faceplate isn't working properly anymore.

Re: Router reboots
I would be inclined to call Sky. ( 08442 414141 )
To me it sounds like there is a line fault or the router might be developing a fault.
If you are able to speak with someone who has access to the line statistics, they will be able to get an historical picture and hopefully pick up something that you and I can't see from those figures.
