New to SKY BB - activation question?
I recently decided to ditch bt broadband option 3 and go for Sky BB unlimited but also with skytalk and line rental - mainly as I was getting fed up with Bt. I have received my router but cannot find my braodband activation date anywhere, I've had no letter with it on and nothing is written on the router box. My skytalk and line rental are due to be activated by the evening of 11th August. I tried the track order option on mysky but all is says against broadband is: Your order is progressing and we aim to have your Broadband up and running soon.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

have you tried phoning them? it may be on or after your other date that you stated above.
