If you have the old white router you will still be on PPPoA which means you can swap routers without to much problems. Have a look here for instructions on how to find the best router for your line.

just had a look at link and im broadcom chipset
but the 2 billion machines it showed are routers, can yoe recomend a billion router / modem

You may also wish to look at the Netgear DGND3700.

The routers shown in Exdee'x thread are ADSL2+ modem routers, The 7800N is a lot more expensive, I think you are paying for the dual band and gigabit, whether it is worth it or not, I don't really know,

I think it's only the 7800 that's £89.99 as it's got no wireless. The 7800N is around £120.
