DynDNS needs to be used from outside the LAN/Internet connection which it is advertising.
A good way to test it would be to contact a friend and give them a temporary password to test it on. Once successfully tested, change the password back to something more secure.
An alternative way would be to use a 3G dongle if you have access to one.

if you have trouble again,then use Open Port Check Tool and this will ping your ip and your chosen port from the internet side giving you a denied, time our or "I can see your service" type message.
Also you could set up the camera ip in the dmz so all ports requested go straight through direct to that ip, so you would still need the port, but it eliminates port fowarding errors on your behalf.
