Broadband Service - Not Working
Hi
I had applied for Sky broadband services and the activation date as informed by Sky was 12th July 2011. Though their website mentioned that the service is activated on 12th, I was not able to use the service. I have ADSL line (from BT), and modem is Sagem (supplied by Sky). When powered on, the modem displays amber light for internet (@ symbol). I have been complaining to sky since 12th and 2 days back they informed that CST will be contacting me to resolve the problem. Nothing happened, and when i called them today, they said it will take another 3 to 7 days to resolve. I am not sure whether anybody will really contact me and resolve the problem, meanwhile they already billed me for the services. Please suggest me whether there is any way to speed up the resolution.

Re: Broadband Service - Not Working
CST are still working on a backlog - the ticket will eventually be assigned to someone to look at the case and call you back, but unfortunately you'll need to wait until then.

Re: Broadband Service - Not Working
I've find that if you contact them by email through your MySky account that the responses are quite quick. This way it seems that you're communicating with Sky staff who seem to know what they're doing.
It might be worth a try anyway.
As for billing that shouldn't be a problem if you tell them the date you're eventually connected.
