I have sky broadband, router seems to be working but cant connect to internet, message I get is 'internet connection has stopped working' anyone got any ideas, would be grateful for any help or suggestions???

What lights are lit up on the router, how are you connecting the PC to router and have you been on another ISPs service with this pc or is it new to the internet?

Internet light is on, plus power light, and ethernet cable light, was on virgin, just gone over to sky, virgin actually cut me off for no reason, managed to get MAC code, connected sky router but just wont connect to internet?

Have you ever connected to Sky broadband as it might be that Sky just haven't connected you up yet?
A call to Sky support might be required.

How to get your router statistics
If it is orange and your activation date has passed, call Sky.
