With a noise margin of 4db, you are getting more than the line can handle and still be stable. When the line gets noisy you may drop and resync lower. This depends a lot on your router, some will hold the connection right down to 0db.There may be a bit of space for improvement upstream, but it depends on what the noise is like in a busy time.
