On the Mac
Click on the Apple symbol and select System Preferences.
From there, click on Network and then click on 'Assist me'.
Click 'Diagnostics' and follow the onscreen instructions.

Just checking something - could you unplug the router from the power supply for a couple of minutes and then try again.

Re: Need help... Broadband down!
Can you try this - Switch the power to your router off and pull the plug out of the back. Leave it for about 40 minutes, replace the plug and switch the power back on. See if you can get on the internet.

Re: Need help... Broadband down!
Open a Command Prompt and run ping 90.207.238.97 If you get a reply it means you have a DNS problem
I am not sure how you do this with a Mac if you don't have a Windows machine handy, but there will be a way.
If you get a reply, type 77.240.11.57 in the address bar and it should take you to a Skyuser site.
