Google \ DNS issue?

I now have no internet at all and I'm only able to post because I'm tethering from my mobile phone. According to my router my DSL status is connected but I'm not being assigned an IP from Sky. I absolutely HATE complaining but my connection as of the past few months has been really really poor.

I am back up now - downtime was about 1.5 hrs.

First , time this has happened since I joined Sky in October 2010.

Really can't grumble as the downtime was quite short.

Reboot your router mate if not already done so, see if that works

Yup - all back for me as well. Although I can beat it - first problem I've had in four years

Apparently there's an issue effecting South Wales which BT are working on as we speak, hence my lack of connectivity.
