What download speed will my line support
I have a stable connection. My line rarely disconnects. What download speed could I reasonably expect to achieve? Sky have previously upped my limit so is it reasonable to ask them to increase it again. My son, who lives 200 m away gets download speeds in excess of 16mbs.

Re: What download speed will my line support
You should also get more, there is a problem with your wiring somewhere. To rule out internal wiring, plug the router into your Test socket using only the cable supplied by Sky. Post your stats from there.
Check when the faceplate is removed that any extensions you have are dead.
