Regular router syncing
Hi all having a few problems with my connection,ive been on a adsl2+ profile for ages
but the problems come and go
would i be better on a g.dmt profile with me having a long line?
my line has just dropped from 2515 down 760 up to this

Your upstream is really low, with no spare spare noise margin, apart from a line fault, that can also be caused by a faulty filter, or something connected to the phone line without a filter, so I would try the router in the test socket, with nothing else connected to see if the noise margin or sync rate improves.
If you want to try g.dmt to see if it is any better, you can temporarily force it with the adslctl command either via telnet "adslctl configure --mod d", or assuming that's a netgear using the "Target noise margin tweak" Mel's Notes: Sky Netgear DG834GT-1skuk - tick the force G-DMT box and leave the target noise at 100 which is the normal default, the click the resync button.
