Downstream and Upstream Speed only at 64 kbps
Hi I have recently got my internet back finally after 2 weeks.
And now my internet is very slow/
I have logged in the router and it comes up with this.

I have the 20 mbps package so does anyone know what could be happening?

That's got to be the lowest sync I've ever seen. You need to ring Sky and ask them to uncap your line.

Looks like you have not connected your router correctly, something to do with the filters, or maybe there was a fault and sky capped you,
What I can tell you though, is you have a good SNR, which means you will get a good sync after you phone sky and ask them to reconfigure your line.
Give them a call and you will get a good sync, expect 12Mbps+ on the downstream.
The Upload I'm estimating = 900 - 1100Kbps

It's just capped at baseline after troubleshooting with CST. Call up and ask them to uncap it.
