You are on Sky's ISAM and your router is matched to the equipment in the exchange which is a good thing. But your speed is a little low for your attenuation (length of your line)
How many extensions do you have in your house? (spare phone sockets)

Are you living in a flat? They are known for having wiring issues. I am afraid there's not much you can do to improve your speed apart from try a different micro-filter.
