I wonder if your line has been switched over to MER from PPPoA. Some are finding that although they are still able to connect with PPPoA they have to spoof the MAC address to get a non Sky router to connect. Although you have tried your Sky routers it is possible they have not received an update to allow them to connect using MER. Have a look in the router Logs of the routers you are using and see if anything is reported there.

Hey, got some logs and stats from Friday, only just been able to get an internet connection.
